Austin Murphy (1999) Placing fraudulent votes in names of nursing home residents. 6 months probation;  50 hours community service
Mary Rose Oakar (1997) Pleaded guilty to misdemeanor conspiracy and campaign finance charges 2 years probation;  fined $32,000;  200 hours community service
Wes Cooley (1997) Convicted of lying about military record in campaign literature 2 years probation;  fined $7,110;  100 hours community service
Walter Fauntroy (1990) False financial disclosure forms  $1,000 fine;  300 hours community service
David Durenberger (1995) 5 counts of stealing $425 in public funds 1 year probation;  $1,000 fine.
Carol Brown Hubbard (1994) Illegally using congressional aides of her husband for her campaign for Congress. 5 years probation;  100 hours community service;  $27,000 in restitution
